A company is looking for a Client Experience Specialist to manage non-licensed aspects of real estate transactions remotely. Key Responsibilities Perform non-licensed administrative tasks for real estate agents, managing contractual dates and ensuring timely transaction closure Collaborate with agents and third parties to ensure compliance and proper documentation throughout the transaction process Serve as the primary point of contact for agents and clients, coordinating necessary scheduling and updates during the closing process Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title, or transaction coordination / processing Experience with high-volume real estate transactions is preferred Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, paperless environment Proficiency in navigating multiple software systems Strong adaptability to changes and ability to manage competing demands
