We're looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join Sesame in our Bellevue office. In this role, you'll partner closely with recruiting, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to scale Sesame by bringing in exceptional talent. You will play a pivotal role in building out our Bellevue office presence and representing Sesame's talent brand in the candidate market.

Responsibilities :

• Partner with hiring managers across key departments to scale their teams and grow our Bellevue office.
• Own sourcing and candidate management for technical roles while increasing representation in our hiring pipelines.
• Navigate complex and sensitive compensation discussions with candidates as an advisor and expert on the technical talent market.
• Define and improve workflows in our ATS (Ashby), optimize our talent tools, and expand our talent brand in the market.
• Manage inbound channels and our agency partners.
• Collaborate with coordination to drive an exceptional candidate experience.
• Enjoy using recruiting data to develop and execute effective search strategies, diagnose process issues, educate hiring teams, and drive better outcomes.
• Follow a structured hiring process designed to minimize bias and improve decision-making.
