Job Description

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans : Assess patients' unique needs and establish personalized therapy strategies to help them meet their functional achievements.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques : Employ evidence-based approaches to boost patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and everyday living activities.
• Engage with Multidisciplinary Teams : Work seamlessly with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to facilitate comprehensive and holistic patient care.
• Provide Education for Patients and Families : Guide patients and their families on therapy methodologies to sustain their continued progress at home.
• Track and Adjust Treatment Plans : Monitor clinical outcomes and make necessary adjustments to treatment, ensuring that patients remain on their path to success.
