Qualifications and Commitment

• We are seeking a physician who :
• Shares our passion for oculofacial plastic surgery.
• Has a drive for continuous growth and improvement in their clinical knowledge and skills.
• Understands and embraces a team-based care model, working closely with highly trained Physician Assistants and other physician extenders to ensure the surgeon’s time is optimized for procedures and surgeries.
• Is willing to commute approximately 75 minutes to a satellite facility at least once per week.
• Is interested in a long-term commitment in either a full-time or part-time capacity.
• Holds board certification (or eligibility) and has completed the fellowship training required for the subspecialty.

Patient Care and Quality

As a member of the Luxe team, you will provide outstanding, high-quality medical and surgical services throughout the patient journey. You will work in close collaboration with physician extenders, ensuring you spend the majority of your time in surgery and high-value clinical care while maintaining oversight and connection to the patient experience.
