About The Position

Job Title : Occupational Therapist Profession : Occupational Therapist Specialty : Outpatient Duration : 13 weeks Shift : 8H Days Hours per Shift : 8 hours, Monday through Friday Experience : 1 year License : Required Certifications : BLS, Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) via NBCOT Must-Have : Evaluation, treatment planning, re-evaluation, manual therapy Description : This position is for an outpatient occupational therapist. The focus will be on pediatric patients with developmental delays, autism, and special needs. You can expect to treat 9 to 12 patients daily. Common diagnoses include general outpatient orthopedics, with a preference for pediatrics or hand therapy. Two therapists specialize in pediatrics, while one focuses on hand therapy and one on neuro or lymphedema. This role is solely outpatient based. The required coverage area is Marshfield Center. The ideal candidate should possess experience or skills in evaluation, treatment planning, re-evaluation, and manual therapy. Candidates with one year of experience, including internships, are welcome to apply. First-time travelers and duos are also considered. Nice-to-have skills include dry needling, pediatrics, certified hand therapy, neuro, and lymphedema. You will work alongside a team that includes three rehab aides. These aides will assist in coordinating front-end and back-end services, including registrations, appointments, and cleaning equipment. Shifts are from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. There are no weekend or holiday requirements for this position. The dress code is business casual. All clinicians will be required to clock in and out for their shifts.
