Family Practice / Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Client seeks Nurse Practitioner for part-time contract assignment starting January 2-March 27 at their Corporate Health clinic in Peoria, IL. Provider will see ages 3 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and wellness visits. Hours are Wednesday 9 : 00am-6 : 00pm, Thursday 9 : 00am-5 : 00pm, both with a 30-minute lunch break, and Friday 6 : 00am-12 : 00pm. Provider must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this assignment. Autonomous Practice license is preferred.
