As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. Your role involves conducting routine patrols and providing outstanding customer service and communication to all individuals on site. What You'll Do :

Provide excellent customer service to clients, staff, and visitors within the healthcare location by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with emergency response activities as appropriate.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.

Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related risks, or violations of site policies to the appropriate personnel.

Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits and verifying credentials as required by site policies.

Support Allied Universal and client staff by maintaining a visible presence, offering assistance, and addressing basic security-related inquiries.

Document incidents and maintain accurate records in accordance with Allied Universal and client protocols.

Minimum Requirements :

Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

Customer service experience is preferred.

A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
