Position Overview : We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from crafting job postings to conducting initial candidate interviews. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a keen eye for identifying top talent.
Key Responsibilities :
- Draft clear, compelling, and accurate job descriptions for various roles. Post openings on job boards, social media, and internal platforms.
- Utilize multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Review applications, conduct phone screenings, and evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
- Conduct structured initial interviews, assess candidate skills and cultural fit, and provide feedback to hiring managers.
- Maintain timely communication with applicants throughout the recruitment process.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and assist with recruitment logistics.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in applicant tracking systems or internal databases.
- Represent the company positively to candidates and support initiatives to enhance employer brand.
