About the Opportunity

Our client, a leader in the Biotech industry, is looking for a skilled Senior SAP Finance Project / Program Manager to join their team for a ~9-month engagement. This project involves overseeing the implementation of critical, high‑visibility financial systems, specifically a Product P&L / Revenue Recognition implementation and a Blackline implementation. This is a high‑impact role that requires a self‑motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

• Project Leadership : Lead and manage two simultaneous, high-priority finance projects : a Product P&L / Revenue Recognition implementation and a Blackline implementation.
• SAP Finance Implementation : Direct the configuration and implementation of core SAP Finance modules (FICO, AP, AR, GL, Profit Center Accounting) to support new revenue-generating products and facilitate correct Profit and Loss (P&L) statements.
• Financial Process Improvement : Oversee the Blackline implementation for accounting close process management, including task management and account tie‑out functionality.
• Stakeholder & Risk Management : Manage all project communications, including effectively running Executive Steering Committee meetings, and proactively manage project risks and issues with an expectation of fast turnaround.
• Vendor Management : Coordinate and manage external vendors, including high‑level system implementation partners and SAP Application Management Services (AMS).
