What You Will Do
As a Solutions Architect, you will be a core member of the revenue organization, partnering closely with Customer Experience and Sales teams across the full customer lifecycle. This role is hands‑on, technical, and highly collaborative.
You will : Post‑Sales (70%)
- Lead customer onboarding, implementation, and technical integrations in partnership with Customer Experience Managers.
- Write SQL to clean, map, and transform real‑world datasets into the platform.
- Rebuild spreadsheet‑based logic and workflows into scalable models within the product.
- Configure integrations (APIs, connectors, ETL tools) to ensure seamless customer workflows.
- Troubleshoot data, performance, and modeling issues to ensure stability and accuracy.
- Train and enable customer teams so they can confidently manage their data and models.
- Provide structured customer feedback to product and engineering teams to improve integration and modeling capabilities.
Pre‑Sales (30%)
Support the sales team with product demos, technical deep‑dives, proof‑of‑concepts, and model evaluations.Help define customer use cases and articulate business value across a range of personas, especially senior finance stakeholders.Assist in accelerating net‑new revenue by delivering high‑quality technical guidance during the sales cycle.Explore and design new use cases by working closely with prospects and customers on the front lines.Ideal Candidate Background
We’re looking for someone who brings a blend of technical depth, customer empathy, and strong communication skills :
5+ years of experience in a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Senior Data Analyst, or Technical Consultant role—preferably within B2B SaaS.Experience working at an early‑stage tech company (Excellent SQL proficiency with hands‑on experience manipulating messy datasets.Familiarity with modern data pipelines and tools (e.g., Fivetran, Workato, Merge).Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and ability to support complex technical evaluations.Exceptional communication and storytelling skills—able to translate technical features into business value.A builder’s mindset : you enjoy creating repeatable processes, playbooks, and reusable assets.Collaborative, low‑ego, and energized by cross‑functional work with Sales, Product, and Customer teams.Comfortable working PST hours (required).Preferred Qualifications
