Position Overview :

We are seeking organized and detail-oriented individuals to support our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations during a critical staffing period. Temporary team members will assist with charge posting, claims management, and vision billing workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

Process superbills from clinics that have not been finalized through EHR

Manage the external holding tank to ensure timely claim transitions

Submit and reconcile vision billing claims through VSP and vision payers

Collaborate with internal billing team to resolve claim issues

Maintain accurate documentation and communicate status updates

Requirements :

Prior experience in medical billing, preferably with vision (VSP) claims

Familiarity with EHR systems and claim submission platforms (e.g., Eyefinity)

Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Good communication and coordination abilities

Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and workflow

2-3 years of billing experience

Willingness to work onsite / limited or no time off for next 3 months
