We are looking for a skilled Content Traffic Consultant to join our team in West Des Moines, Iowa. In this long-term contract role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring effective collaboration between marketing and compliance teams while managing the workflow of various marketing projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to brand marketing initiatives and streamline content review processes.

Responsibilities :

  • Act as the primary liaison between marketing and compliance teams, addressing issues and escalating them as needed.
  • Oversee the daily management of marketing projects through compliance workflows, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with the Project Traffic Consultant to establish compliance schedules, enabling efficient progression through content review stages.
  • Coordinate with external proofreaders to schedule projects, review comments, and provide actionable recommendations to project owners.
  • Utilize electronic project management systems to track project statuses, record approvals, and suggest process improvements for increased efficiency.
  • Ensure all marketing content adheres to organizational standards and meets service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Maintain a commitment to shared company values, including accountability, respect, and integrity.
  • Adhere to attendance and punctuality policies to meet workflow and service level demands.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-4 years of experience in marketing communications or project management is preferred.
  • Proficiency in copywriting, editing, and communication across technical and promotional content.
  • Familiarity with writing best practices for mediums such as print, digital marketing, video, web, and social media.
  • Knowledge of Associated Press (AP) and American Psychological Association (APA) writing styles.
  • Ability to interpret technical terminology and organizational information with accuracy.
  • Expertise in software tools such as Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access, as well as social media platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
