About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the development of the Sync Core. Synchronizer provides native real-time bidirectional synchronization between numerous EHR systems of record and NexHealths harmonized central database. This foundation enables healthcare innovators to focus on improving patient experiences and outcomeswhile we handle the underlying infrastructure.

This work represents step two in our three-step master plan. Youll play a critical role in increasing engineering quality and execution velocity across the organization making it easier and faster to build and extend Synchronizers. Youll partner with multiple engineering teams and product managers to define the next-generation Synchronizer API offering.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys solving novel systems challenges. No prior healthcare experience required.

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of NexHealths total compensation package for employees.
