Responsibilities :

  • Perform nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel polish application, nail art, and other treatments as requested by clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction at all times.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards as per salon protocols.
  • Uphold professional ethics and hygiene standards.
  • Stay updated on current nail care trends and techniques.
  • Take photos and videos of your best work.
  • Recommend nail care products for at-home maintenance.

Requirements :

  • Valid Nail Technician license in Virginia.
  • Proven experience working as a Nail Technician preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of nail care products and techniques.
  • Have an existing client list / clientele, preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well within a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Hair threading expertise (nice-to-have)
  • Waxing familiarity (nice-to-have)
  • Knowledge of color theory for nail art and design
  • Experience in retail sales of beauty products (nice-to-have)
