Maintenance Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join a well-known food & beverage manufacturing company. In this role, you will work closely with the production and plant management team to ensure the plant is able to produce products both efficiently and safely. The Maintenance  Manager will be reporting directly to the Maintenance & Engineering Manager, who will provide direction, support, and help to oversee the Department, ensuring optimal performance across operations.

Location : 20min outside Visalia, CA

Job Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily maintenance activities, ensuring equipment and facility issues are addressed promptly to minimize production disruptions.
• Lead, train, and develop the maintenance team to ensure optimal performance and technical capability.
• Partner with the Maintenance & Engineering Manager on long-term maintenance strategies, capital improvement plans, and equipment upgrades.
• Schedule and execute preventive maintenance programs for plant equipment, including pasteurizers, separators, filling lines, refrigeration systems, CIP systems, and utilities.
• Performs or oversees repairs and installations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Ensure all maintenance work is performed in compliance with OSHA, FDA, USDA, and other applicable regulations.
• Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis to identify recurring equipment issues and implement corrective actions.
• Manage spare parts inventory, work with suppliers, and optimize cost-effective purchasing.
