Schedule :

  • M-F 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm Pay Rate : $40.00 Location : Boise, ID Position Type : Full Time Benefits : This position is eligible for WGNSTAR’s full benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k).

Additional benefits are listed at the end of this posting.   Principal Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Operate and maintain building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, security).
  • Support other Maintenance Specialists and Technicians as needed.
  • Identify and prioritize building and facility maintenance concerns.
  • Provide leaders with information on equipment and facility conditions.
  • Assist with budget management and administration of maintenance contracts.
  • Build and maintain trust with customers; listen and resolve issues affecting comfort and productivity.
  • Evaluate, maintain, and repair HVAC systems.

    • Requirements :

  • Electrical systems (including low-voltage control systems).
  • Building construction and systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting).
  • Locks and keys.

    • Electronics concepts and principles Preferences :

  • EPA / DEQ Certification in Proper Refrigerant Handling Physical Effort / Activities : May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, ability to bend, twist, push / pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50 pounds.
