Job Title

Provide customer service to patients, families, physicians, physician offices, the community, and internal departments throughout the SLHS that includes but is not limited to scheduling tests, procedures, treatments, and services; determining financial accountability; providing information and referrals; proactively problem solving concerns and issues; and providing patient instructions and education regarding preparations for tests and procedures.
