Billing Analyst – Hybrid | San Diego, CA

LHH is proud to partner with a leading renewable energy company in search of a detail-oriented and analytical Billing Analyst to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities :

  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies; issue corrected invoices as needed.
  • Conduct billing audits, generate reports, and present findings to management.
  • Analyze data to identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain accurate data entry and resolve discrepancies in internal systems.
  • Communicate professionally with clients and internal stakeholders via email and phone.
  • Monitor process quality and effectiveness; document and escalate areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely and accurate information flow.
  • Support special projects and ad hoc reporting as assigned.

    • What We’re Looking For :

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in billing, operations, or data analysis.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills required (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word.
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

    • Schedule :

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday
  • Hybrid : 3 days in-office, 2 days remote
  • Office located in Downtown San Diego

    Pay Details : $29.00 per hour
