We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by performing various administrative tasks. Your primary responsibilities will include managing files, handling correspondence, and supporting other staff as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain office filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages to relevant departments.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings, ensuring all participants are informed.
- Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Benefits
