Overview

KMG Prestige is seeking a

Community Manager

in Scio Township, MI at Encore at Heritage Woods who is goal-oriented, enjoys new challenges, and has a passion for property management. The ideal candidate will strive to create happy residents through providing superior customer service and maintaining a positive attitude. The Community Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the apartment community, handling resident concerns, rent collection, marketing the community, and leading the site staff.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the apartment community

Handle resident concerns and rent collection

Market the community and lead the site staff

Maintain a positive attitude and provide superior customer service to residents

What We Are Looking For

Property management experience

Lease Up experience

Demonstrated leadership abilities

Budgeting experience

Customer service mindset

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Ability to obtain Real Estate Salesperson License (paid for by the company)
