LPN Home Care

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Home Care - Enjoyindependence autonomy and flexibilityin the field to visit patients one on one in their home environment.

Hours : Full-time Days Monday - Friday There will be a weekend and holiday rotation. Dependent upon staffing levels work approximately one weekend every 4-6 weeks and approximately 2 holidays per year.

Territory : The LPN will have a general territory within our service area where they will provide one on one in-home care to the patients. The office is in Roseville MN and the general territory for this position would primarily be in the northwest section of the Twin Cities metro area.
