As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, assisting tenants and visitors, and providing outstanding customer service while communicating clearly and professionally. You will be part of a team that values agility, reliability, and innovation, and you will contribute to a people-first culture where teamwork and integrity are at the core of everything we do.

  • What You'll Do :
  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify any potential issues.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
  • Observe and report any unusual activities, property damage, or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain a visible presence to help to deter inappropriate behavior and promote a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with tenants, visitors, and staff to provide assistance and information as needed.
  • Support Allied Universal operations by completing required documentation, reports, and logs related to incidents, patrols, and site activities.
  • Minimum Requirements :
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
