Job Responsibilities May Include :

Triage and provide direct care to patients with urgent and emergency medical conditions

Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams to ensure effective patient outcomes

Perform assessments, interventions, and evaluations in a fast-paced ER environment

Document care in accordance with hospital standards and protocols

Educate patients and families on post-care and discharge instructions

Qualifications :

Active, unrestricted RN license in any U.S. state

Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience (within the last 3 years)

Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (or ability to obtain)

Strong clinical skills and critical thinking under pressure

U.S. Citizenship required (due to federal contract requirements)
