In this position you will work in a high-impact role driving client implementations coordinating with business units product divisions and cross-functional teams both internal and external to Galileo. You will be responsible for defining communicating and executing projects of a technical nature. The ideal candidate is driven organized and has the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Youll play the critical role of steering and prioritizing the efforts of internal and external product teams to drive the client to a successful market launch while managing technical and business risk.

What youll do :

• Manage complex interdependencies across multiple cross-functional parties to build and launch client programs while demonstrating excellence in client service
• Provide planning and advisory guidance on implementations to both the client community and internal teams
• Review status of projects set deadlines manage schedules and prepare status reports
• Influence global teams on best practices and prioritization during the program and software development lifecycles
• Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity quality and client-satisfaction goals and objectives
• Work directly with APIs review Splunk logs and troubleshoot technical issues
• Collaborate with internal project staff resources to execute project plans
• Participate in evaluating existing systems and business functions
• Gather communicate and prioritize both business and technical requirements for new projects to fulfill client needs
• Balance project planning execution risk issue mitigation and escalation to management as appropriate
• Participate and develop new processes that align closely with company and department OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) while onboarding new projects and opportunities.

The base pay range for this role is listed below. Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as the candidates experience skills and location.

$92800 - $174000 USD
