We’re seeking a Night Auditor to join our growing team at Hilton Garden Inn Indianapolis Airport. This role is key to ensuring a seamless guest experience, and it’s an amazing first step in your career in hospitality.

What You'll Do

As a Night Auditor, your responsibilities will include :

Guest Interactions : Be the friendly face guests remember by checking them in and out, addressing inquiries, and ensuring their comfort.

Financial Transactions : Manage guest billing, handle cash and credit card procedures with precision, and balance the books for the night.

Night Audit Functions : Perform night audit tasks to ensure financial integrity and accuracy of hotel operations.

Problem Solving : Handle guest complaints with professionalism, offering alternative solutions when needed.

Maintenance and Documentation : Report maintenance issues and guest accidents, keeping everything running smoothly and safely.

What We’re Looking For

Education : High School Diploma or GED (Some college preferred)

Skills : Strong accounting, math, and financial transaction handling

Experience : Prior experience with cash handling, credit card processing, and basic math concepts is preferred
