Join Lockton’s U.S. Strategy & Execution team that partners directly with our U.S. Executive Leadership to support and enable strategic initiatives and drive operational excellence.
As a Strategy Analyst, you’ll play a key role in managing projects, analyzing data, solving complex problems, and developing executive-level materials that support decision-making and business growth.
- Conduct research and analysis on operational and industry data to support executive decision-making in coordination with analysis provided by Lockton’s U.S. Finance team.
- Develop key presentation materials (e.g. memos, decks, etc.) to communicate strategic recommendations across all levels of leadership.
- Manage strategic projects ensuring all target timelines, action items and deliverables for assigned projects are successfully met and completed.
- Coordinate agendas, presentations, and track priorities for team meetings.
- Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners, resolving issues as needed.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Human Resources, Legal and IT to develop solutions and implement strategies.
- Deliver exceptional internal customer service to Lockton offices nationwide.

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or other related field.Experience : Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in either consulting, strategic planning, project management, financial analysis, or commercial insurance.Technical Skills : Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite. Primarily PowerPoint and excel, including the use of pivot tables and the preparation of tables and graphs.Analytical Skills : Excellent critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets.Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to interact with Associates at all levels of responsibility, including senior executives.Industry Knowledge : Property & Casualty or Benefits industry experience is preferred. Potentially demonstrated through professional designations such as CPCU, ARM, CEBS, HIA, PHIAS, etc.Organizational Skills : Must be detail oriented and have excellent time management skills to prioritize short-term and long-range projects.#LI-RS
