Data Analyst – Global Trade Compliance (Entry-Level)
Location : Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid : 3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
Schedule : Monday–Friday, Standard Business Hours (7 : 00 AM–4 : 00 PM or 8 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM, depending on team needs)
Position Summary
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the classification of goods using Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) codes.
Monitor international shipments for customs clearance and escalate delays or issues.
Conduct reviews of country of origin and valuation data .
Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, procurement, finance) and external stakeholders (freight forwarders, customs brokers).
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics , or related field – or equivalent experience.
Basic understanding of import / export regulations and documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas); familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Demonstrated business acumen and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
