Front-End Software Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Front-End Software Developer to support mission-critical operations for the United States Air Force in San Antonio, TX. This role requires a TS / SCI clearance and offers the opportunity to contribute to national defense through innovative software engineering and user-focused design.

The ideal candidate will bring subject matter expertise in front-end development, user interface design, and Agile methodologies. You will be responsible for designing and implementing intuitive, efficient, and secure user interfaces that enhance operator experience and system usability.

Location : The position will be remote with the requirement to be onsite for planning activities and client meetings with prior notice.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide subject matter expertise in front-end software development and user interface design.
• Analyze, plan, and develop requirements documents and functional models.
• Create technical design drawings, wireframes, and mockups for stakeholder review.
• Design and implement modifications to GUIs and optimize UI elements for usability and performance.
• Facilitate user-centric design practices and ensure compliance with UI / UX standards.
• Conduct and document system tests to verify operability and compliance with requirements.
• Collaborate in Agile development environments and contribute to CI / CD pipelines.
• Support DevSecOps practices and integrate with DoD-compliant toolchains.
