Pricing Specialist (Bilingual English / Korean)

Responsibilities
- Source and compile motor carrier pricing data to support accurate rate development.
- Aggregate and maintain comprehensive pricing data for internal analysis and external use.
- Provide daily and weekly reports on pricing activity and progress.
- Report customer pricing status on a weekly basis, highlighting key updates and variances.
- Identify and monitor customer issues or complaints related to individual shipments and account-level trends.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for new business development.
- Ensure compliance with all internal and external reporting requirements related to pricing and customer accounts.
- Continuously develop knowledge of the supply chain industry, including market trends, rate structures, transportation modes, equipment types, and other relevant logistics factors.
