Nurse Practitioner - Family physician employment in Indiana : Great opportunity in Northern Indiana to join a community health network for a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner.

• Beautiful and fun South Bend, IN - home of Notre Dame University
• Must see all ages and have at least 1 yrs exp as NP in family practice setting.
• Mon-Fri 8a-5p with one late evening a week till 6 or 7p.
• Call to be discussed.
• 20-22 ppd
• These clinics serve all multiple primary care services including Family Practice, Psych, Urgent Care, etc. in outpatient setting.

• Spanish speaking a plus but not required.
