Oversees day-to-day clinical pharmacy operations to ensure quality safety and efficiency. Works in conjunction with the clinical operations manager to assure the provision of high quality evidence-based patient and family centered care by supervising clinical pharmacists and supporting pharmacy practice.

This is a Full Time role working Monday thru Friday at our South Lake Union Campus.

Responsibilities

• Hiring training supporting disciplining and evaluating clinical pharmacy staff.
• Assist in policies and procedures SOPs and patient education development.
• Assist in goal setting for the clinical service in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team and work towards achieving goals.
• Assist in regulatory compliance and quality improvement efforts.
• Further the practice of pharmacy within the clinical service by using current evidence to support change through committee and project work
• Establish and maintain efficient lines of communication between pharmacists physicians nurses and other members of the health care team.
• Participate in pharmacy and hospital committees as requested.
• Participate in the development and implementation of quality assurance programs for pharmacy services including but not limited to prevention of medication errors.
• Perform drug utilization evaluation and cost containment analyses as needed.

Required :

The annual base salary range for this position is from $172911.00 to $288142.00 and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications.

This position is not eligible for H-1B sponsorship at this time.
