Entry-Level Project Engineer

We are a dynamic and growing construction firm committed to delivering high-quality commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects throughout South Florida. Our team is built on integrity, innovation, and a strong work ethic. We are currently seeking a motivated Entry-Level Project Engineer to support our expanding project portfolio in the West Palm Beach area.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist project managers with scheduling, budgeting, and procurement.
  • Review construction drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure project compliance.
  • Support the coordination of subcontractors, vendors, and field operations.
  • Help prepare RFIs, submittals, change orders, and other documentation.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality control.
  • Track project costs and assist with monthly billing processes.
  • Maintain project documentation and records using construction management software.
  • Attend project meetings and prepare meeting minutes.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or expected graduation within 6 months).
  • Internship or hands-on experience in a construction setting preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD) is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
