    • Responsibilities

  • The Quality Coordinator – Education RN engages in clinical rounding and management collaboration to identify learning needs and address clinical practice gaps.
  • Responsible for assessing, planning, developing, promoting, implementing, coordinating, and evaluating clinical education initiatives.
  • Facilitates clinical orientation and onboarding, competency management, and preceptor program.
  • Fosters collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders, promotes evidence-based practice, and supports quality improvement efforts.
  • Monitors resource allocation and utilization related to educational activities.
  • Supports clinical information system services (e.g., databases, learning management systems, electronic health records).
  • Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.

    • Qualifications

    Job Requirements :

  • Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN)
  • Oklahoma State RN License
  • BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
