As Quality Manager, you will manage quality personnel, oversee root cause analysis and corrective actions, and ensure quality systems align with industry standards such as ISO 9001 : 2015, IATF 16949 : 2016, and ISO 14001 : 2015. This role requires strong technical understanding, a solutions-oriented mindset, and the ability to collaborate with teams across engineering, production, and design functions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the daily operations of the Quality department, ensuring alignment with customer and internal standards.
  • Oversee quality assurance processes tied to design, production, and supplier documentation review.
  • Participate in management meetings to report on quality performance and initiatives.
  • Coordinate quality staff scheduling to align with production support needs.
  • Identify root causes of product or process issues and implement effective corrective actions.
  • Monitor quality trends and drive continuous improvement within assigned programs or product lines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, purchasing) to resolve quality concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949.
  • Apply quality tools including FMEA, APQP, MSA, and SPC to maintain system effectiveness.
  • Promote adherence to company-wide Quality and Environmental Policies.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field
  • 10+ years of quality engineering experience in an automotive manufacturing environment
  • 3+ years of Quality Management experience in an automotive manufacturing environment
  • Solid understanding of quality management systems and industry regulatory requirements.
