As Quality Manager, you will manage quality personnel, oversee root cause analysis and corrective actions, and ensure quality systems align with industry standards such as ISO 9001 : 2015, IATF 16949 : 2016, and ISO 14001 : 2015. This role requires strong technical understanding, a solutions-oriented mindset, and the ability to collaborate with teams across engineering, production, and design functions.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead the daily operations of the Quality department, ensuring alignment with customer and internal standards.Oversee quality assurance processes tied to design, production, and supplier documentation review.Participate in management meetings to report on quality performance and initiatives.Coordinate quality staff scheduling to align with production support needs.Identify root causes of product or process issues and implement effective corrective actions.Monitor quality trends and drive continuous improvement within assigned programs or product lines.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, purchasing) to resolve quality concerns.Ensure compliance with standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949.Apply quality tools including FMEA, APQP, MSA, and SPC to maintain system effectiveness.Promote adherence to company-wide Quality and Environmental Policies.Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field10+ years of quality engineering experience in an automotive manufacturing environment3+ years of Quality Management experience in an automotive manufacturing environmentSolid understanding of quality management systems and industry regulatory requirements.Titles Encouraged to Apply :
