About the team and the role :

Join a collaborative team at the heart of eBays global finance organization crafting strategies that drive the future of commerce for millions worldwide!. As a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team member youll work cross-functionally to support key decisions impacting eBays growth efficiency and innovation. This role reports directly to FP&A leadership and works with executive stakeholders across the organization.

What You Will Accomplish :

• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) : Support monthly / quarterly forecasting external guidance annual budgeting and long-range planning processes.
• Reporting and analysis :

Prepare consolidated summaries that compare actual results to budget and forecast highlighting any key trends risks and opportunities.

Support quarterly financial close processes including consolidation and presentation of close results.

Partner with other various finance departments such as the Global Markets Experience finance team Controllership team and the Investor Relations team.

Continuously find opportunities to automate and streamline financial processes.

The applicable base pay range for this position is dependent on work location. The base pay range inthe San Francisco Bay Area New York City Metro and Seattle Metro is expected in the range below :

$104400 - $139400

The base pay range for all other U.S. work locations is expected in the range below :

$70000 - $120700

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including location skills and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical financial and / or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
