Meyer Utility Structures, an Arcosa subsidiary, is searching for a Drawings Analyst (Checker) to work in one of our offices located in Memphis, TN or Dallas, TX. In this role, the Drawings Analyst will analyze fabrication drawings for accuracy and conformance to customer specifications. The Analyst will also assist Modelers in clarifying specification ambiguities and work with fabrication facilities to resolve problems or provide clarity.

What You'll Do :

• Review drawings to ensure that they are complete and that they accurately reflect the customer's requirements and engineering designs as defined by customer specifications
• Review drawings to verify engineering calculation match
• Perform required calculations to ensure all dimensions, tolerance limits, and other drawing details are correct
• Assist modelers in clarifying specification ambiguities and instruct them on required drawing changes
• Work with fabrication facilities to resolve any problems that may arise during fabrication
• Perform other duties and accept responsibilities to ensure the overall success of the department
