Position Details

Status : Full-time

Location : Remote position.

Reports to : Vice Managing Partner, Tax

Responsibilities

• Run multiple departmental meetings each week, preparing agendas, taking minutes and coordinating across departments to schedule attendees.
• Maintain department project management documents and tools including weekly agenda and prospective client tracker. Ensure client deliverables are being met based on weekly assignments.
• Manage prospective client pipeline from post-consult to onboarding. Maintain a dialogue regarding prospect's timeline, run conflict checks, draft and send engagement letters, coordinate with intake and billing departments to ensure proper onboarding.
• Collaborate with the marketing department to assign and track deadlines and deliverables for presentations, conferences, and other events.
• Partner with department co-chairs on long-term projects as firm and tax practice continue to scale.
• Assist multiple attorneys in tax department with miscellaneous administrative tasks regarding ongoing and potential matters.
• Support department's Executive Administrator to assist as needed with answering phones for department, scheduling internal and client meetings, liaising with other administrators
