The Assistant Director of Compliance assists the Associate Athletic Director for Compliance in all aspects of NCAA compliance operations.

Responsibilities

Assist Associate Athletic Director for Compliance with the institutions NCAA compliance operations with emphasis in the following areas :

• Updating and monitoring student-athlete information in NCAA Eligibility Center NCAA Compliance Assistant ARMS and Banner
• Supervision of National Letter of Intent program
• Annual coaches recruiting test / certifications
• Recruiting processes and forms including NCAA transfer clearinghouse verification of transfer academic year in residence campus visits (official and unofficial)
• Assistance at Player Pass Gate for home football games

Monitor initial eligibility and amateurism certification of incoming student-athletes with NCAA Eligibility Center including :

Enhance Compliance Education with the following constituents :

The ideal candidate will possess the following :

Qualifications

Minimum : Requires a bachelors degree and 1-3 years of NCAA compliance experience within the previous five years (internships experience included).

Preferred : A masters or JD degree and NCAA compliance experience at a NCAA Division I institution or conference level is preferred.
