Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Home Health Aide Scheduler located in Cincinnati, OH. The Home Health Aide Scheduler will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling home health aides to provide care for clients. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining communication with clients and aides, ensuring that patient care plans are adhered to, and managing schedules to ensure coverage for activities of daily living. The scheduler will also handle administrative tasks related to home care services.

Qualifications

• Experience in Home Care and providing Personal Care services
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to manage Activities of Daily Living for clients
• Strong focus on Patient Care
• Ability to work independently and on-site
• Good organizational and multitasking skills
• Previous scheduling experience is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus
