• 14-22 Patient per day average
• Join 2 MD&'s, 2 PA&'s, a clinical pharmacist, and a physical therapist

• Must have 2+ Years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant practicing in a Family Medicine clinic
