What you need for this position :
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, taxation, or finance.
- CPA, EA and / or Masters Degree is preferred but not required.
- Must have strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, follow up, and follow-through.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Role & responsibilities include :
Prepare and analyze financial statements for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and nonprofitsAssist in preparing federal, state, and local tax returnsPerform monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliationsConduct general ledger accounting, journal entries, and account analysisAssist in audits, reviews, and compilations as neededResearch tax regulations and accounting issues to ensure complianceMaintain accurate and organized client records and documentationCollaborate with team members to meet client deadlines and firm objectivesProvide support to senior accountants and managers on client engagementsOur salary & benefits include :
