Human Castle Executive Search is assisting a global equipment manufacturing leader in Buffalo, NY in the hiring of a permanent Lead Chief Engineer. This is a high-visibility, permanent position, with an outstanding compensation and benefits package. Position details : -Lead complex capital equipment projects ranging from 1-10 million dollars-Prepares Functional Specifications-Process owner of P&IDs-Plan project engineering tasks-Represent engineering department on projects-Coordinate engineering deliverables-Approves engineering documents-Prepare traceability matrix (GAMP)-Interfaces with customers on resolution of technical issues-Prepares test protocols-Lead role in resolving equipment process issues Requirements : -Bachelor of Science Degree required-5 years of experience in temperature-changing equipment manufacturing (ie. Cryo, Lyo)
