• Perform systems engineering activities and assist in the preparation of a work product in Technical Process Areas associated with the ISO / IEC 15288
• Assist in performing systems engineering activities in the ISO / IEC 15288 Agreement or Enterprise Process Areas
• Develop and deliver a work product in any of the ISO / IEC 15288 Process Areas
• Perform systems engineering activities and develop and deliver work products of either the ISO / IEC 15288 Agreement or Enterprise Process Areas
• Independently analyze, and recommend alternatives for elements of project's technical design
• Supervise or coordinate the work of other contractor engineers or technicians on a project
• Assist in conducting an evaluation to determine its suitability for project implementation Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field
• Fifteen (10) years of systems engineering experience or 14 years without degree
• Experience working in an agile environment
• Experience providing roadmaps and schedules for implementing end-to-end data flows understands system-to-system connections for data flow processes
• Capable of aligning sprint priorities with the roadmap projections and goals
• Knowledgeable of customer infrastructure, resources, and deployment processes
• Ability to track and monitor action items and dependencies
• Strong working skills with Atlassian products such as Confluence and Jira Preferred
• SAFe or Scrum Master certification
• Experience and knowledge of enterprise data, data flow and architecture
• Working knowledge of JSON, XML and other data formats
• Experience with data modeling practices
• Experience with data warehouses, databases, data visualization, data analytics, and Excel
