Job Title : LPN – Med Surg

Location : Rochester, NY

Responsibilities :

Provide direct patient care on a medical-surgical unit.

Take ownership of patient assignments under the supervision and support of an RN.

Monitor, document, and report patient status accurately.

Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care.

Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and standards of care.

Qualifications :

Current LPN license in New York State.

Minimum of 2 years hospital experience, preferably in a Med-Surg setting.

Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently with support from RNs.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Schedule :

3x12-hour night shifts

Every other weekend required
