Founding Engineer (Equity-Only)

Let's get this out of the way : This is an equity-only role. We have zero cash compensation right now. We’re a bootstrapped startup with two live products, early traction, and a massive market opportunity. We’re not looking for employees. We’re looking for two founding engineers who want to build, own, and ship.

We are building AI‑driven tools that simplify the single largest, most complex purchase in a person’s life : their home. Think of it as CARFAX meets AI for homebuyers and agents. We cut through the hundreds (even thousands) of digital pages transferred during each real estate transaction to highlight risks, opportunities, and key insights, helping agents and buyers close deals faster and smarter.

A Masterclass, Not a Job

You can build a product anywhere. You come here to learn how to build an empire . This isn’t a "learn‑on‑your‑own" startup. You’ll be in the trenches daily with serial entrepreneurs who have already done this, multiple times.

You’ll learn directly from a team that has navigated the entire startup lifecycle :
