The Platform Insights Analytics Team delivers data-driven insights that guide content strategy, product development, and advertising effectiveness. This team transforms complex data into clear dashboards, audience segments, and performance analyses to support informed decision-making. Collaborating closely with leadership and cross-functional partners, the team applies advanced research methodologies and analytics to solve business challenges. What You'll Do

• Manage multiple research and analytics projects supporting business objectives and category strategies.
• Collaborate with leadership partners to define goals, develop hypotheses, and establish research plans addressing key business challenges.
• Analyze complex data sets using advanced methodologies to generate actionable insights and inform strategic decisions.
• Present findings and recommendations to Directors, supporting implementation of business solutions and functional initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver consultative solutions.
• Coach and mentor team members, fostering skill development and engagement while ensuring compliance with company policies.

What You'll Bring

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field and 2 years' experience in marketing research, data analytics, consulting, or related field OR 4 years' experience in marketing research, data analytics, consulting, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Masters : Business Administration
