Learning & Content Development Intern (Summer 26')

The Elevator Pitch

The Training and Documentation team empowers Evolv’s customers, partners, and internal teams with world-class technical training and clear, compliant documentation—while pioneering in-the-flow learning delivered right where operators work : embedded on the Evolv Tablet, available in the Mobile App, and accessible through the MyEvolv portal—so knowledge is on-site, on demand, and always up to date. As an intern on Evolv’s Training and Documentation team, you will gain hands-on experience in Content Development, Instructional Design, and Learning & Development, actively contributing to the delivery of training and content across these user interfaces to support customer enablement.

Success in the Role : What will you accomplish throughout this internship?

Week 1–2 : Onboarding & Foundations

• Complete LMS onboarding modules (compliance, product certifications for installers, service, and operator / admin roles).
• Explore Evolv’s learning ecosystem : MyEvolv portal, Mobile app, and Evolv Tablet.
• Attend scheduled training sessions (internal and partner-focused).
• Begin shadowing team members and meet with Product team to understand current training delivery methods.

Week 3 : Immersive Technical Training

Week 4 : Project Planning

Week 5–8 : Execution & Collaboration

Week 9–10 : Wrap-Up & Presentation

Special Projects :

Use materials created with instructional design and content development to enhance customer training material (videos / instructions) through the MyEvolv Portal, mobile app and Evolv Tablet.

Align training enhancements with product functionality and roadmap.

Enable technical integration of training content into Evolv devices and apps.

Support backend delivery and scalability of training content.

Where is the role located?

The location of this role is based in Waltham, MA with some flexibility in working remotely from time to time with your manager’s approval.  We do not provide relocation assistance.

Compensation and Transparency Statement

The base salary range for this full-time position is $20- $27 / hr. This range reflects our commitment to pay transparency and equity, in alignment with applicable state laws. Our compensation ranges are determined based on factors such as role, level, location, market benchmarks, and internal equity. The posted range represents the good-faith estimate of what we expect to pay for this role across U.S. locations. Actual compensation within the range will be based on the candidate’s skills, experience, education, and geographic location.
