We are looking for a highly skilled Windows Server Engineer  to join our team in Corinth, Texas. This position focuses on managing Windows Server environments, deploying and maintaining endpoint security solutions like CrowdStrike, and ensuring the stability and security of virtualized systems. This is a long-term contract opportunity that is fully ONSITE, ideal for professionals passionate about cybersecurity and system optimization.

Responsibilities :

• Configure, manage, and maintain Windows Server 2016 - 2022 operating systems within virtualized platforms such as VMware.
• Deploy and administer CrowdStrike agents on Windows virtual machines to enhance endpoint security.
• Monitor system performance and address security incidents to ensure reliable operation of Windows environments.
• Oversee the management of Active Directory, Group Policies, and associated Windows services.
• Collaborate with security teams to implement and respond to CrowdStrike alerts and policies effectively.
• Perform regular updates, patches, and security hardening for Windows servers and virtual machines.
• Document system setups, procedures, and compliance activities for audit and operational purposes.
• Automate routine deployment and maintenance tasks using scripting tools such as PowerShell.
• Work closely with other IT teams to integrate security tools and improve infrastructure resilience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing Windows Server 2016 - 2022 systems in enterprise environments.
• Proven expertise in deploying and maintaining CrowdStrike agents on virtualized Windows systems.
• Strong understanding of Active Directory, Group Policies, and other Windows infrastructure technologies.
• Hands-on experience with virtualization platforms, particularly VMware vSphere.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell for task automation and configuration.
• Solid knowledge of endpoint security concepts and tools, including antivirus solutions.
• Exceptional troubleshooting abilities to resolve system and security challenges.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills to support team collaboration and compliance efforts.
