Job Title : Instructional Designer – Learning & Development

Location : Remote, CST time zone

Duration : 3-month contract with potential of extension

Compensation : $45 / hour W2

Work schedule : Monday-Friday (8 AM-5PM CST)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, write, and edit engaging learning experiences across various media formats.
• Support initiatives such as onboarding, compliance, leadership development, and apprenticeship programs.
• Conduct field visits to identify knowledge gaps and gather feedback.
• Collaborate on program implementation and long-term sustainability.
• Prepare and distribute training materials handouts, visual aids, evaluations).
• Evaluate learning outcomes and recommend improvements.
