Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Senior Manufacturing Engineer- Denton, TX, $125,000 - $145,000 / year

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead our manufacturing processes and enhance product quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing production systems while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop manufacturing processes and equipment for new products.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and enhance efficiency.
Collaborate with R&D and QA teams to ensure product quality meets regulatory standards.
Oversee maintenance and repair of manufacturing machinery and equipment.
Conduct process improvements to reduce waste and enhance operational efficiency.
Implement best practices for manufacturing operations including packaging and filling processes.
Support the development of production schedules and resource allocation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.

5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or related field.

Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and quality assurance processes.

Experience in the personal care, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or food and beverage industries.

Proficient in mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.

Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
